If the problem is not quickly apparent we will have to do a Computer Diagnostics. This process allows us to explore the computer and find the issue with little to no information from the client.

· Virus, Spyware, and Adware Removal:
Virus, Spyware, and Adware can compromise your computers security and put your data at risk. Let us fight back for you and get rid of it!

· Home Network Setup:
Have multiple computers or devices? Network them! Let us setup your home network. We can network printers, computers, and game consoles.

· Hardware Installation or Upgrade:
We can research and buy upgraded hardware for your computer. We can also install hardware you have purchased. We can also update hardware drivers.
Flat Rate: $30*

· Software Installation or Upgrade:
We can install new software that you have purchased for you or we can download and install software you need. We can also update software you have.
Flat Rate: $30*

· PC Turn-Up:
This is our complete package. We will update your computer with the lastest updates. We install or update your security software (ie. Firewall, Anti-Virus, ect...). We scan for Viruses, Ad-ware and Malware. We defrag your computer. Uninstall any unwanted software. Update hardware drivers. Preform a disc clean-up.
Flat Rate: $40

· Harddrive Format and Operating System Install:
Sometimes its easier to just start over. We can format your harddrive and reinstall your Windows Operating System. We also install all hardware drivers and update your Windows with the latest updates.
Flat Rate: $60

We charge a $10 in home fee for in home services.
